Rashieda F. Timpson was born in Chicago, Illinois where she spent most of her childhood there until unforeseen circumstances caused her to move to Toledo, Ohio. During her teenage years, she faced many obstacles which led to bad relationships and poor decisions. When Rashieda developed a relationship with God it changed her life forever.  She is now an ordained pastor who's passionateabout helping individuals to move toward success by maximizing their full potential. Rashieda has received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an Emphasis in Leadership, Family Nurse Practitioner,  and many other awards. She is theface of Rashieda Timpson Ministries which houses the program “A Way of Thinking" currently on T.V and radio stations. She is married to her husband Telly and is the mother of four children, Antwuan, Martwuan, Nakyia and Amari.
